1. Tear down the back housing

Turn off the phone firstly, eject and take out the SIM card tray afterwards. Hot air gun to blow on the rear battery door to soften the frame adhesive glue for easy separation. 2. Take down the motherboard and other small parts

Disconnect the battery cable first, then unplug the main board flex cable and the signal wire port from the motherboard. Unbolt the six screws and take off the metal for fixing the flex cables on the mainboard. Disconnect the screen flex cable and the rear camera cable, take down the rear camera with tweezers from the middle frame. Disconnect the two front cameras on the mainboard and take off them. Take down the motherboard carefully from the middle frame. Loosen and take off the eight screws for fixing the speaker, take off the small metal shield for fixing the mainboard. Disconnect the mainboard and the signal wire port from the mainboard so that it we can entirely take the main board off. Take off the speaker on the bottom and the Huawei Nova 3 charging port PCB board. Take off the vibration motor and the battery from the middle frame at last.  

3. Separate the screen and the middle frame

The Huawei Nova 3 Screen is fragile, we need to be careful with it. Hot air gun blows on it and Slice around the screen with ultra-thin steel sheet to separate it slowly. Pry and flip over the screen apart from the middle frame carefully to separate it. Now the whole Huawei Nova 3 teardown process is completed. Just pay attention to the teardown parts and screws, don’t mess them up or lose any of them.
